About Frank Norris
The assignment is to compile an online portfolio that includes three components: a research paper, an essay or short story, and an artistic portion.
My question for the paper was, How did the events taking place in Norris’ day, and the people around him influence his novels?
I wrote about the Naturalist movement and how Darwinism and Criminology played a key role in the formation and literature studies of Naturalism. I was very interested in learning more about criminology and the different types of Darwinism. This helped because i was actually entertained by the information i was reading. 
I still wish i could understand Darwinism to it’s Fullest. There are so many different types that the information was almost over barring.

Hi, my name is Sarah Gibson. I’m a junior at Northview. I play soccer and hang out with friends for fun. My friends are my life, they keep me going. School is important to me.
